InvoiceNow, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "InvoiceNow," "we," "us," or "our") sets forth this Privacy Policy to describe our practices with respect to the protection, collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with our website (invoicenow.finance), invoicing platform, payment request services, invoice management tools, related decentralized applications (dApps"), and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Services").

InvoiceNow.Finance is a decentralized invoicing and payment infrastructure built on blockchain technology. Most interactions occur directly on-chain through self-custodial wallets. Accordingly, we do not collect or control our private keys, wallet contents, or transaction data, other than information that is publicly visible on the applicable blockchain.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Modified” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

2. Collection of Information

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including when you:

• fill out forms on our website (for example, contact forms, newsletter sign-up, support requests, or business profile setup);
• communicate with us via email, social media, Discord, Telegram, or other channels;
• participate in community programs, contests, or feedback sessions; or
• create or manage invoices, payment requests, or business profiles.

Such information may include your name, email address, social media handle, business name, company details, wallet address (where provided), and any other information you elect to share with us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or otherwise interact with our online properties, we and our service providers automatically collect the following categories of information:

• Device and Usage Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, time spent, referral sources, and other general interaction data.
• Blockchain Interaction Data: where you connect a wallet to our dApps or interfaces, we may temporarily access your public wallet address and on-chain activity (such as invoice creation, payment status, or token transfers) solely to enable functionality, including the display of invoice balances and the facilitation of payments. We do not store private keys or seed phrases.
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: we use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to improve site performance, analyze usage, and personalize content, as further described in Section 8 (Analytics and Cookies).

2.3 Information from Other Sources

We may receive information from third-party services, including analytics providers, social media platforms, or communication platforms, when you interact with us through those channels. Any identity verification or know-your-customer / anti-money-laundering (“KYC/AML”) processes, where applicable, are conducted by third-party providers pursuant to their own privacy policies.

2.4 On-Chain Data

Blockchain transactions, including wallet addresses, invoice-related token transfers, and smart contract interactions, are public by design. We do not collect or control such data beyond what is inherently visible on public blockchain explorers.

• to operate, maintain, and improve our website, dApps, invoicing platform, and Services;
• to respond to inquiries, provide support, and otherwise communicate with you;
• to send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages;

Where personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, invoice-related on-chain data remains publicly visible on the applicable blockchain indefinitely. Data written to the blockchain, including wallet addresses and transaction details, is public and permanent in nature and cannot be deleted by us or by you. Users should give due consideration to this permanence prior to effecting any on-chain transaction.

5. Sharing of Information

We disclose personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: with vendors and partners, including providers of hosting, analytics, support tools, payment processing, and email notification services, who require such access to perform services on our behalf. Such parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal Requirements: where required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request.
• Protection of Rights: to protect the rights, property, or safety of InvoiceNow, our Users, or the public, including in connection with the enforcement of our terms or the investigation of violations.

InvoiceNow.Finance operates as a global, decentralized project. • Wallet Data: you retain control over your wallet and any on-chain interactions and may disconnect your wallet from our dApps at any time.
• Invoice Data: you may manage or delete draft or off-chain invoices through your account settings, where applicable.

We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our website. We employ cookies and similar technologies, including essential cookies required for website functionality and optional analytics cookies used to evaluate usage and improve our Services.
